This Tahoe Donner spec home transformed into a custom-home when our team was brought into the project by the new homeowner. The goals was to create a cool-toned modern retreat that could comfortably support multiple families at one time. With two primary suites, a 16-foot island, and custom gym, we believe everyone will feel right at home together!
