We design mountain homes across the Lake Tahoe region — new builds, remodels, and refreshes — and we furnish and style them from start to finish. We also welcome walk-ins at our showroom and offer styling appointments for smaller projects.

Turn Key is how we make designing a home effortless, especially for remote owners. Once we finalize the design plans together, our team handles the rest: purchasing, tracking, delivery, install logistics, art hanging, styling, and cleanup. When you arrive, you simply turn the key and enjoy a fully finished home.

Absolutely — we built our business with remote homeowners in mind. It's hard to turn a house into a home from afar, so our Turn Key service is designed to do it for you. Many of our clients are second-home owners who approve the design remotely and walk into a finished home on their next visit.
