OUR PROCESS

PROJECT KICKOFF & INITIAL DESIGN
We begin with a design survey and home tour, then create 2D layouts and define color direction based on your inspiration.
Week 1
PRELIM AT OUR SHOWROOM
We finalize 2D layouts together and use our 3,000-square-foot showroom to get to know the products that fit your style and comfort preferences.
Week 2-3
COMPREHENSIVE DESIGN
We create a custom design with two interchangeable mood boards for each space, reviewing every product detail to ensure the design is perfect for you.
Week 3-5
FINAL DESIGN & INVOICING
After final design approval, we issue an invoice. Upon payment, we manage purchasing, tracking, installation, and warranty support.
Week 5-6
PROCUREMENT, SHIPPING & RECEIVING
We track deliveries, provide consistent updates, inspect items on arrival, and handle warranty claims if needed.
Week 7-11Rushed Shipping Available
WHITE GLOVE INSTALLATION
Once your items are received, we coordinate installation. Then, just "turn the key" and enjoy your new home!
Week 12

DESIGN FEES

We offer a flat fee model based on the scope of the project and size of your home.

OUR APPROACH

Driven by how you live and what brings you to the area, we work in collaboration with you, your builder, and/or architect to design a home that is distinctly yours and of the area. Our approach is modern, in the context of mountain living.

REMODEL & NEW CONSTRUCTION

Starting at sq/ft whichever is greater & furniture & decor requirement. We consider smaller design projects on a case-by-case basis, but only when paired with a Furniture & Decor Package.
